Good software deserves
to be understood.
HelpAlive began with a question about the space between what software can do and what people can do with it.
Hello,
Before HelpAlive, we spent six years on the other side of the table.
We worked at a SaaS company in different roles, across sales, product, R&D and support, so we saw our customers from several angles. Our product was great. It met most of the needs of most of our customers.
But one theme kept coming back: as accounts got older, their knowledge of the product aged with them. On customer visits, we were often surprised by how little of the product people knew, let alone used, even though they were happy customers, active on our chat and every other support line. The pattern showed up in our analytics too, yet it never got fixed. Not because we overlooked it, but because the real fix is help that arrives in the moment and carries the user all the way to a resolution. None of our tools could do both.
Every issue gets its own guide or action plan,
built the moment it comes up.
That is why we decided to build HelpAlive, to deliver help the moment users need it. There is still work ahead, and our purpose gives us something simple to come back to: help users understand, help them move forward, and give them the confidence to do a little more.
Thank you for taking a moment to get to know us.
